WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated and strategic retention expert focused on retaining and growing our existing customer base. Specifically, you will play a pivotal role in helping us grow and mature our Commercial/Enterprise renewals team, creating and executing retention strategies while crushing your quarterly targets.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for managing the Commercial & Enterprise Renewals leaders and their respective renewals teams. At Salesloft, the renewal managers are focused on educating our customers about the power of Salesloft, assessing customer health, and finding opportunities to grow/expand customer footprint. You must be able to forecast revenue based on customer health data, create effective processes, and have a passion for fostering and growing talent.
